Olimpia

 The Luxury Villa Olimpia with Infinity Pool is 350 sq.m, 6 beautifully furnished large bedrooms, 6 bathrooms/WC, inside and outside dining areas, inside and outside lounging areas & BBQ, private infinity swimming pool, a Jacuzzi for 10 adults, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler. Throughout the villa, there is high-speed wireless internet (up to 30 Mbps) and full air-conditioning in all rooms. Villa Olivia is part of a luxurious family-oriented complex, with privacy all around the villa.

Entrance
The villa is protected by an automatic door that can be opened from the main house or via a key ring remote operator.

Courtyard
The centerpiece of the courtyard is a large seating area, overlooking the infinity pool and the Aegean sea, perfect for relaxing and having an afternoon drink or nap. There is a traditional bench from Agion Oros, under the pine trees, where you can enjoy the view of the sea, as well as a grill on the side of the courtyard.

Garden
The garden surrounds Villa Olivia. At the front, there is a large area for children to play, with safety gates to allow families to enjoy a relaxing holiday. As we move towards the sea, there is a large grove with lemon and peach trees, where guests can collect fruit if they feel like it! The whole garden has a secure fence around it.

The House
Ground Level:
When entering the Luxury Villa with Infinity Pool, first you come across the large living room, with large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the Aegean Sea. The living room opens into the pool deck, and to the outside lounge area.
There is a large sitting area, as well as a dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen fashions a double fridge, a wine cooler, a microwave, coffee machines, a dishwasher, and all of the equipment you might need.

Upper Level:
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony overlooking the garden and the sea. There are also two more bedrooms, one with two single beds, and one childrenʼs room with an opening day bed. There is one communal bathroom with a shower shared between the two other rooms. All rooms have large wardrobes.

Lower Level:
The lower level consists of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with a shower. Three rooms have large double beds, and one has two single beds. The lower level has an independent entrance for those who seek privacy. All rooms have direct access outside and to the garden. In the lower level, you can also find a large communal guest bathroom with closet space for your guests, as well as a large laundry room with a safe, and a clothes washer and dryer.
