While entering the villa you will find a spacious living room with extensive doors leading to the pool & jacuzzi area while offering you an amazing sea view. In the same area is located a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and direct access to the outdoor BBQ area where a second door is located that leads you through a private path to a secluded beach. Taking the steps to the lower level you can enjoy the fully equipped gym. If your kids are accompanying you, they can enjoy the second living area downstairs or play in the backyard.
