Built-In 2006, Villa Olivia is divided into three levels.

Traditional interiors, all in white, perched on a hillside with breath-taking, panoramic views over the Aegean Sea boasting a large open plan living area indoors and outdoors and offering privacy and seclusion in a very idyllic spot.

The Medium level consists of a bright elegant living room and a spacious dining room, both having direct access to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and a large veranda with a large dining table that offers a gorgeous view of the sea.
The top-level consists of a queen size master bedroom with an en suite fully equipped bathroom.
Ground-level consists of the rest of the bedrooms, all of them with their private and fully equipped bathrooms.

Surrounded by a spacious sun deck setting which includes a large outdoor and pergola shaded lounge area equipped with comfortable sofas with cushions sun beds deck chairs paired with a large dining table which predisposes guests to enjoy a delicious meal or cocktail while watching the majestic sunrise and listening to the sounds of the sea.
